Wood heating and wood extra from 15/10 to 15/05. From 15/05 to 15/10, all costs included (excluding tourist tax): electricity and water. Grocery, bakery and Pharmacy 5 km away, supermarket 10 km. Recharging of electric and hybrid vehicles not permitted.
