Inside and out, the watchword is "space". From the vast kitchen, where a real "piano" will enable you to prepare delicious dishes, to the dining room where the large family table awaits you, or the living room with its series of modular armchairs and fireplace, everywhere are beautiful, comfortable, completely renovated spaces. The bedrooms are not to be outdone, and a vast landing upstairs is perfect for children's games.

Self-contained Holiday cottage in an old farmhouse on 3 levels, close to a beef farm, in a hamlet in the Countryside.
First floor: Kitchen (electric coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, mixer, pressure cooker, microwave, 5-burner gas hob, 3 electric ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board), dining room and living room (armchairs combining to form a sofa, TV, fireplace (insert), bookcase), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), wheelchair accessible Shower room (6m²) wheelchair accessible: washbasin, walk-in shower and separate toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility.
1st floor: landing with relaxation area, 1 bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room (basin, walk-in shower), 2 bedrooms with 1 160cm bed, 1 bathroom (2 basins, walk-in shower and bath), and separate toilet.
Outside: private paved courtyard (300m²), private terrace with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue, enclosed private grounds with bowling alley, private garage.
