Ground floor: storage room for bicycles and motorcycles.
On the first floor: 2 kitchenettes (dishwasher) / 2 living rooms (sofas, armchairs, TVs, internet access / Wifi Internet), landing (1 armchair), laundry room (washer, dryer), reversible air conditioning / full electric heating, 3 bedrooms (3 160 beds), 2 bathrooms (washer, dryer), 2 separate toilets, 1 bedroom with a small lounge and relaxation area (2 90-bed BZ convertible armchairs).
On the 2nd floor: relaxation area/bedroom (2 BZ 90 convertible armchairs) connected to 1 bedroom (2 90 beds, can be converted into 1 180 bed), bathroom with toilet.
Private swimming pool (12m x 3.5m, depth 1.5m), unheated, secured by a roller shutter, with lounge chairs. Private terraces (2 x 25m²), 2 private balconies (2 x 6m²), and a private enclosed yard (1200m²), pétanque court, outdoor furniture, barbecue, and a private 4-6-person Spa accessible year-round.
