L'Oustalet

On one side of the estate, L'Oustalet is a totally independent gîte, typically Aveyron with its lauze roof, wide stone walls, exposed beams and wooden floors. Once surrounded by vineyards where wine was produced for the monks of the high plateau, the farmhouse has been completely restored and transformed into a guest house with bedrooms, 3 gites, swimming pool and spa.

Self-contained gîte, on 1 level, in a renovated farmhouse, close to the owners, 2 chambres d'hôtes and a small gîte (H12G008912) and another gîte (H12G013076). 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 family room (2 x 90cm beds + 2 x 90cm bunk beds), shower room, kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (sofa, TV, internet/wifi access), cellar/storeroom (washing machine), full electric heating, private, unfenced grounds (500m²), garden furniture, barbecue, private parking. Bed linen rental (+made-up beds on arrival if rented), bathroom linen rental. Baby high chair and cot on request. Communes : Owner's shared indoor pool (9x4) usable from May to October, shared grounds (gantry), Spa from May 1 to October 30 (access subject to charge) on request. Bed linen (€18/person) and cleaning (€100) compulsory for corporate clients.
