Located in the heart of the village, this spacious gite opens directly onto a terrace where you can enjoy your meals and overlook the village and its surroundings. At the crossroads of 3 départements (Aveyron, Cantal and Lot), this gite could be the starting point for numerous walks to discover the region. Supervised swimming in July and August on the River Lot 700 m away. If you're a hiker, we can provide you with a hiking guide to help you discover the region's landscapes and villages. Holiday cottage/apartment located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, which occupies the first floor, arranged on 2 levels, shared hall/independent entrances, in a village, opposite the church.
1st floor: kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, TV), living room (sofa, armchairs, TV, Internet access/wifi), separate toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (bed 140) + 1 family bedroom (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room (basin, shower and wc) - Electric heating throughout.
Private enclosed terrace (60m²) at the rear of the apartment, accessible from the living room, private balcony (6m²), garden furniture, barbecue, access to closed bicycle storage area - Communal parking opposite the Holiday cottage.
