In the foothills of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park, in northern Aveyron, near the Cantal and the Laguiole region, Estaing or Espalion, overlooking a lush green landscape, this beautifully renovated detached house opens onto a terrace and a shaded, enclosed garden—ideal for a peaceful vacation. You’ll also find plenty of space in the living room, where the fireplace takes center stage, and you’ll discover a fully equipped kitchen perfect for hosting lively dinners. For walks, there are many marked hiking trails. There are many historic sites and villages to explore: the Bez Bédène site just a stone’s throw away (2 km), the magnificent village of Valon with its castle, Conques, Estaing, Sainte-Eulalie-d’Olt, and the Soulages Museum in Rodez. Nearby, to cool off on hot days, there’s the 16-hectare Lake St. Gervais with its supervised Beach and playground, as well as the Lauradiol municipal Piscine. There are also numerous lakes and streams for anglers.

Detached holiday cottage for 7 to 9 people, spread over two floors, located in a hamlet in the Countryside. Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher), dining room–living room (sofas, armchairs, fireplace, TV, Wifi Internet), bedroom 1 (1 140-cm bed), bathroom (1 sink, shower), separate toilet. On the first floor (attic): bedroom 2 (1 140-bed), bedroom 3 “dormitory-style” (1 140-bed and 1 90-Mezzanine bed, 140-bed pull-out sofa), bathroom (1 sink, bathtub, toilet). Gas heating, private open-air terrace (grill, patio furniture), private fenced-in yard, covered shelter (ping-pong table), 1-car garage (washing machine), private parking for 3 cars or more.

Heating is an additional charge from October 1 through April 30: €10 per night. Optional: cleaning service €70. Pets allowed for an additional fee: €5 per day. Baby equipment available upon request.
