Close to Cantal and Laguiole country, Estaing or Espalion, facing a panorama of greenery, this nicely renovated detached house opens onto a terrace and a shady enclosed garden, ideal for a peaceful vacation. You'll also find plenty of space in the living room, where the fireplace takes pride of place, and in the kitchen, which is perfectly equipped for entertaining. For hiking, there are many signposted Hiking trails, and Aubrac is close by. There are many listed sites and villages to discover: the Bez Bédène site just a stone's throw away, the magnificent village of Valon with its castle, Conques, Estaing, Ste Eulalie d'olt and the Soulages Museum in Rodez. Nearby, to cool off in the heat, the 16-hectare Lake St Gervais with its supervised beach and play area, and the municipal swimming pool at Le Lauradiol. Numerous lakes and streams for anglers.

Detached Holiday cottage for 7 to 9 people, on 2 levels, in a hamlet in the Countryside. First floor: kitchen (dishwasher), dining/living room (sofas, armchairs, fireplace, TV, wifi internet access), bedroom 1 (1 double bed), shower room (1 basin, shower), separate toilet. 1st floor with sloping ceilings: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140 with sleeping area), bedroom 3 "dormitory" (1 bed 140 and 1 mezzanine bed 90, BZ sofa bed 140), bathroom (1 basin, bath, wc). Gas heating, private unenclosed terrace (barbecue, garden furniture), private enclosed grounds, covered shed (table tennis), garage (washing machine), private parking for 3 cars. Bed linen and towels provided. Heating supplement from October 1 to April 30: €10 per night. Optional: cleaning 70€. Pets allowed with supplement: 5€ per day. Baby equipment on request.
