A holiday cottage spread over two levels, located on a property that includes another holiday cottage (La Petite Maison du Manoir, ref. H12G032423, for 4 people) and the owner’s home, an 18th-century manor house, the former summer residence of the Jesuits of Toulouse, on the outskirts of the City of Rodez, in the Countryside.
Ground floor: Kitchenette - Living room (sofa, Wifi Internet access, 2 induction cooktops, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, washing machine, kettle, pod coffee maker (Nespresso), mini electric oven, central heating (gas), bathroom (1 sink, shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer).
Upstairs: Mezzanine bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, TV.
Private terrace (25m²), open-air, barbecue, patio furniture, private parking.
Swimming pool (50m², kidney-shaped, depth 1.10m) shared with the owner and another holiday cottage, unheated, accessible from June 1 to September 30, lounge chairs, shared grounds (2000m²) not enclosed. Baby equipment available upon request.
