Staying at Le Ségala means you'll enjoy all the advantages of the village on your doorstep (local shops, swimming pool (summer), media library and restaurants), as well as the chance to go for some great walks without having to take the car. This cosy, fully-equipped apartment, renovated in 2024, is perfectly located opposite Montbazens' Market Square (a busy street during the day). It offers easy access to all amenities (parking, bakeries, butchers, Pharmacy, tobacconist/press, restaurants, pizzeria...).
1st floor: kitchen-living area (3 gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, traditional / pod coffee maker (Senséo), kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, scales - sofa, armchairs, large flat-screen TV connected, wifi and wired). Electric heating throughout, apartment insulated and energy-efficiently renovated in 2024.
2nd floor: bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, desk, reading area and shower room (shower, toilet, heated towel rail). A portable air conditioner is provided in summer, in the bedroom only.
Electricity, cleaning, sheets, towels and household linen included in the rental price.
Extra charge for pets, €20 per stay to be paid on site.
