Ground floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190), Bedroom 2, direct access to outside (2 Bunk beds 90x190), laundry room (washing machine), bathroom, separate WC.
1st floor: kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (sofa, TV, DVD player, fireplace).
2nd floor: Bedroom 3 with private shower room and WC (1 bed 140x190), Bedroom 4 with shower room and WC.
Full electric heating included, garden furniture, barbecue, private, unenclosed courtyard (600m²) - Bed linen rental: €10/pair (obligatory for professionals), bed linen + towels rental: €10/person, cleaning option: €80 (obligatory for professionals), wood option (€40 per stere) - Communal: wooded park (0.5 hectare) with mini-golf, pétanque, volleyball, badminton, swing, trampoline, mountain bike rental.
