Ground floor: kitchen/living room (35m2) (dishwasher)/living room (sofa, fireplace, TV, Internet access), sitting room (11 m2) (sofa bed, TV), 1 bedroom (15m2) (1 x 160cm bed).
1st floor: 2 attic bedrooms (7 m2 and 10 m2) (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room (washing machine), 1 separate WC, storage space.
(Full electric heating, private terraces (15 and 8 sq.m.) and shared, unfenced grounds (600 sq.m.), garden furniture, barbecue. Bed linen and towels not provided. Baby equipment (high chair, baby bed, bathtub, bouncer, changing mat) on request. Bed linen, towels and cleaning optional (see rates on description sheet): If sheets are rented, "Beds made on arrival" option: 7€ / bed - Wood option: 60€ / stere - Tourist tax. Secondary residence nearby, which can be occupied very occasionally over a weekend maximum.
