Le Moulin de Chipole

In the heart of an unspoilt natural setting, this mill is ideal for a stay with family or friends. The river Lot flows through the property, creating a peaceful and unique atmosphere. Situated close to Saint-Geniez-d'Olt ( 5 kms ), the site is perfectly placed for discovering the villages of the Lot valley, the Aubrac plateaux and numerous Hiking trails. A charming setting in which to take full advantage of Aveyron's natural and cultural heritage, notably Conques en Rouergue , Najac Ste Eulalie d'Olt etc... The Aveyron department holds the record for the number of villages (11) awarded the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" label.

Two adjoining Holiday cottages that together can accommodate up to 14 people (H12G031755 for 6 people and H12G031756 for 8 people).

First floor: kitchen - living room induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, traditional coffee maker + pod coffee maker (Senséo), kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, blender, pressure cooker - sofas, fireplace (wood provided), TV), shower room (basin, shower, wc). Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), bathroom (claw-foot bath, wc, hairdryer).
Private terrace (30m²) (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), shared grounds with the other Holiday cottage (2000m²), private parking.
Holiday cottage Moulin de Chipole 2 :
First floor: kitchen - living room ( oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, traditional coffee maker, pod coffee maker (Senséo), kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, blender, pressure cooker - sofas, fireplace (wood provided), television), bathroom (basin, shower), separate toilet, bedroom 1 ( 1 bed 140). Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), shower room (shower, wc, hairdryer).
Private terrace (15m²) (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs), shared grounds with the other Holiday cottage (2000m²), private parking.
Possibility of renting sheets: 10€ per bed, towels 5€ / person.
Electricity and wood included.
We do not charge extra for cleaning.
However, we do ask that Holiday cottages be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
