Located on the ground floor of an elegant 18th-century mansion, this holiday cottage welcomes you to a true haven of peace, nestled in the heart of a wooded park perfect for relaxation. Less than a kilometer away, you’ll find all the amenities you need, as well as the center of Millau, a vibrant city nestled between the Causses and the gorges. The starting line for the Course des Templiers is less than 200 meters away. Ideally located, the holiday cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of southern Aveyron: canoeing in the Tarn Gorges, paragliding, hiking, mountain biking, or a visit to the famous Millau Viaduct. After a day of activities and exploration, savor the tranquility of the surroundings and the authentic charm of this character property, where nature and the art of living come together.

A single-story holiday cottage, semi-detached to the owners’ house, featuring a unique experience: an old wine barrel converted into a nap nook, a cabin for the kids, or even a spot to sleep under the moonlight. Living room open to the kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, traditional coffee maker and Senseo, 4 induction burners, 140-size sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi), bathroom (shower, toilet, and hair dryer), bedroom with a 160-size bed and a 140-size sofa bed. Private 50m² terrace and 400m² private grounds (garden furniture, gas barbecue/plancha, lounge chairs).
Subject to availability outside the summer season, occasional access (for an additional fee) to a 4-person Sauna and a 2-person Spa/Jacuzzi in the owner’s private area. If interested, please confirm availability before booking.
Entrance via a private gate and private parking space.
All inclusive rate: bed linens, bath and household linens, electricity (heating). We ask only one thing: please leave the property upon departure in a condition as clean as you found it, with dishes washed and put away. Thank you very much.

Committed to the well-being of his guests, the owner is available to help you plan your arrival and your stay (sports, hiking, cultural activities, etc.).
Well-behaved pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or 2 small cats/dogs), though please note that the property is not fully fenced. Your pet might get along with the owner’s Golden Retriever.
Access is via Avenue de Millau Beach, 12100 Millau, but please note that the property entrance is not directly on the avenue but set back a bit. Take Impasse de Choisy across from the Restaurant “Le Bastringue” and turn left immediately. The entrance (green gate) is across from the small trash containers. The center of Millau is a 20-minute walk away and less than a 10-minute bike ride using a beautiful bike path along the Tarn River.
Restaurants are less than a 5-minute walk away.
