Detached Holiday cottage in the Countryside. First floor: large living room with piano and fireplace. Open kitchen with dining area (3 induction hobs, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, pod and traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, pressure cooker, chopper, mixer, fondue set, blender, grill stone, fireplace, large sofa, bookcase, board games and piano, table soccer). A dining room opening onto the enclosed private terrace (18m²) with southern exposure and incredible views of the Countryside and Piscine. 1 separate toilet with washbasin. On the mezzanine level, accessed via a non-secure staircase, an office dedicated to Telework, with 3 fully-equipped workstations, fiber-optic broadband, and professional printer-copier. A master bedroom with private bathroom (bath, shower, wc). Another shower room (shower, hairdryer, washing machine). A lounge with table soccer and Kids' games. Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed and private bath, a bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds and a final bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Separate toilet with washbasin.
