Immersed in lush greenery, you can watch deer and roe deer from the gîte, or go hiking. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to activities: a traditional 9m x 4m private swimming pool overlooking the valley, large sunbathing areas, a playground, a golf practice range... Nearby, you can discover the villages of Bournazel (7km), 2 of France's most beautiful villages Villeneuve (19km) and Belcastel (20km) or the town of Figeac (32km)...

Detached Holiday cottage on 3 levels, set in a hamlet in the heart of nature, comprising the gîte and the owner's holiday home.
Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher)/living room (sofa, TV/DVD, wood-burning stove), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), attic Bedroom 2 with shower room (1 bed 140x190), office (internet access), separate WC, shower room (shower and bath), laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), studio (access from inside and outside) with fitted kitchen and 1 bed 160x200, shower room and WC.
1st floor: Attic bedroom/living room (access passage to bedroom 2) with television, 2 benches (2 beds 90 x 190).
Central heating, covered terrace (level with bedroom/studio 15m²), terrace (38m²), unfenced grounds (15000m²) and private parking, unheated private swimming pool, secured by alarm.
Sunbathing area (9x4, depth 1.40m) open from May 24 to mid-October, sun loungers, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, golf practice range (see with owner), table tennis, soccer cages. Heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. Bed linen (20€ per double bed and 10€ per single bed) and towels (10€ per person) are not included in the price but are optional. High chair and baby bed available on request.
