Le Domaine du Fort

Enjoy this beautiful and rare, fully restored medieval house. With its landscaped garden, the Domaine du Fort—located near many tourist attractions—welcomes you to a serene setting for a restful and rejuvenating stay. The terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast al fresco or spend a relaxing evening. Discover our cave-like orange grove, unwind under the covered arbor, and enjoy the shade of the large mulberry tree or the majestic fig tree. You can also enjoy an above-ground Piscine fed by a natural spring and even go for a swim thanks to a clever swimming float. The walk continues up the hill, winding through the old vineyard terraces—now orchards and woods—with views of the valley, the hills, and the famous Fort d’Aubin.

One-story holiday cottage (accessible via an outdoor staircase): entryway, laundry room (washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, vacuum cleaner), living room (TV, internet access, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs) – kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Senséo pod coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster), bedroom 1 (1 bed measuring 160x200), bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet), bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x200). In the summer, the house stays naturally cool, and the living room is equipped with air conditioning. Heating is provided by a heat pump.
Outdoors: Private courtyard (30 m²), private property (200 m² at ground level and 6,000 m² on the hillside) with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue, unheated private above-ground Piscine (4m x 2m, depth 0.80m) open from June 1 to September 20, bike shed, garage, private parking.
Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival). Optional: end-of-stay cleaning fee: 60€. Electricity and heating included in the rate.
