On the outskirts of Rodez (cathedral and Soulages museum), on the way to the Marcillac valley and its vineyards, in the peaceful and welcoming hamlet of La Carnicousie, this charming gîte is housed in a traditional house where stone and wood have been given pride of place. The living room opens onto private grounds and terraces, and overlooks the swimming pool and summer kitchen. Air-conditioned Holiday cottage on 3 levels, close to the owner's house, in a hamlet in the Countryside. Ground floor: kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed with TV) with private bathroom, separate WC, spiral staircase leading to living room. 1st floor: 1 mezzanine bed (accessible via a ladder, no height above 1.80m, 15m² floor space), 1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed.
On -1 floor: shower room, living room accessible by spiral staircase or from outside: 120cm sofa-bed, TV, Internet access/wifi, reversible air-conditioning.
Full Electric heating (electricity extra according to arrival/departure meter reading), private terrace (35m²), 2 private unfenced plots (50m² and 100m²), garden furniture, barbecue, heated swimming pool (8x4, 1.5m deep) from May 20 to September 15, and covered summer kitchen enclosed and shared with the owner, deckchairs, private parking, shared fenced plot (2000m²), bed linen and towels for hire.
