Holiday cottage on 2 levels, adjoining empty premises, 200m from the village. 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 bed 90), one with access to a 10m² balcony, shower room (washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner), kitchenette (4-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven/grill, dishwasher, pressure cooker, food processor, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle) living room (TV, wood stove, sofa), full electric heating, terrace, courtyard with private enclosed covered terrace (50m²), garden furniture, swing, barbecue, carport, portico, trampoline, table tennis, wooden hut. Access to another shared, unfenced plot. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Sheets for hire. Bathroom linen provided. Wood optional (95€ per stere) - Tourist tax. Pets allowed (1 small or medium-sized dog or 2 cats maximum) provided they are clean and well-behaved. Please note that it is not permitted to connect electric vehicle recharging plugs to the Holiday cottage sockets.
