Holiday cottage on 1st floor, in detached house, including owner's accommodation, shared hall but separate entrances, in hamlet, farms nearby.
1st floor: kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (wifi, sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), shower room (washing machine), separate WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom 2 on mezzanine overlooking living room with access to Japanese staircase (3 beds 90x190).
Central heating (peeled) extra charge, garden furniture, barbecue, private south-facing garden (130m²), portico, balcony (4m²) accessible from living room, private parking. Bed linen rental: €10 per bed. Bathroom linen provided. Cleaning and linen option: compulsory for corporate clients.
