First floor: kitchen/living area (3 hotplates (induction), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, coffee maker (traditional/senséo), kettle, toaster, microwave, - sofa, wood-burning stove (wood supplied), TV, wifi), shower room (shower, hairdryer, washing machine), bedroom 1 (1 x 160cm bed with desk), separate toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine lounge (sofa bed 140, board games), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90). Private grounds (1500m²): garden furniture, grill, sun loungers. Private parking. Oil-fired boiler (€10/night), wood included in price. Bed linen provided (beds made on arrival), bathroom linen 5€/person, optional end-of-stay cleaning 50€.
