It includes : A functional kitchenette (4 ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, electric oven, traditional and Italian coffee makers, kettle, toaster, microwave). A convivial lounge area (sofa, TV, wifi). A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140cm). A modern bathroom (double shower with jets, hairdryer). Separate WC.
Outside: private parking, enclosed private grounds with garden furniture (100m²), barbecue and sun loungers overlooking a splendid view.
There's also a heated swimming pool (9 x 4 m, 1.20 m deep), shared with the owners (available for private use from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the day), open from May 15 to September 30.
