Basement: laundry room (washing machine), table soccer and Kids' games. Private enclosed grounds 100m² (garden furniture, barbecue). Electricity recharging point. Optional: bed linen (10€/bed), towels (5€/pers), cleaning (80€) - Heating (gas boiler on meter reading).
