Full electric heating, private covered terrace (15m²) and garden (2000m²), not enclosed (the owners have occasional access to certain rooms on the first floor of the house and have a right of way along the edge of the property to access their kitchen garden), private veranda (12m²), garden furniture, plancha, private garage/parking (washing machine, tumble dryer), shared unheated Piscine (bean-shaped, 0.20m to 1.70m deep) with the owner, open from late June to early September, secured by alarm and gate, deckchairs.
