Recently renovated, this bright, spacious house is located in a quiet village, within easy reach of the bastides of the Villefranchois region, the Lot valley, the Cransac spa, Decazeville ... a multitude of sites to visit. You'll be staying in a traditional house fitted out with every comfort, while retaining some of its stone walls and wooden beams. In addition to the living room, several games rooms have been set up for family or group get-togethers, and in fine weather you can enjoy the sunny terrace and pleasant green garden.

Ground floor: Kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (sofas, TV, Internet/WiFi access), laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), separate WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 1 with private shower room and WC (1 bed 160 x 200), Bedroom 2, also accessible from outside via a separate stone staircase (1 bed 160 x 200), lounge/gaming room (billiards), shower room and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom 3 with sloping ceilings (3 beds 90 x 190), Bedroom 4 with sloping ceilings and access to a small dovecote and shower room, WC, gaming room.
Heating included. Private, unenclosed terrace (40m²), garden furniture, barbecue, private, unenclosed grounds (1200m²) opposite the gite/rough walkway with Kids' Cabin, bike room, private parking. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning option. High chair and baby bed available.
