La Maison d'Olivier

Located near the Lot Valley and Estaing—one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” in the Aveyron region—La Rivière is a peaceful little hamlet. The holiday cottage has been restored in the traditional local style (stone walls, exposed beams), with wood taking center stage. To relax, you’ll love the tree-lined garden and the paved terrace! In winter, you’ll enjoy the cozy living room and its wood-burning stove. Numerous hiking trails will guide you as you explore the Lot Valley and the Aubrac region. With their rich cultural and culinary heritage, all the villages and hamlets are worth a visit: Estaing, Conques, Saint-Come-d’Olt, Espalion, Aubrac, Belcastel, Rodez (home to the Soulages Museum), and Millau with its viaduct.

Detached holiday cottage on two levels, located in a hamlet in the Countryside.
On the ground floor (accessible via an outdoor stone staircase or the garden):
Kitchenette (4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine)—living room (2 sofas, 1 armchair, TV, Wifi Internet access, wood-burning stove), bathroom (1 sink, walk-in shower, hair dryer, towel warmer, toilet).
On the first floor (attic): landing and mezzanine bedroom (2 single beds), bedroom accessible from the mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), separate toilet.
Fully electric heating, private open-air terrace (20 m²) and private open garden (200 m²), patio furniture, barbecue.
Sheet rental: €10 per bed; bath towels: €5 per person; end-of-stay cleaning fee: €50. Storage space for bicycles or motorcycles available. Private parking in front of the holiday cottage.
