La Maison d'Olivier

Close to the Lot valley and Estaing, one of Aveyron's "Most Beautiful Villages in France", La Rivière is a peaceful little hamlet. The Holiday cottage has been restored in the local style, with stone walls and wooden beams. A wooded garden and paved terrace will enchant you! In winter, you'll enjoy the cosy living room with its wood-burning stove. Numerous Hiking trails will guide your steps as you discover the Lot Valley and Aubrac. With their rich cultural and gastronomic heritage, all the villages and hamlets are well worth a visit: Estaing, Conques, Saint Come-d'Olt, Espalion, Aubrac, Belcastel Rodez with the Soulages Museum, Millau and its viaduct.

On the first floor (accessible via an outside stone staircase or the garden):
Kitchenette (4 gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine)-living room (2 sofas, 1 armchair, TV, internet/wifi access, wood-burning stove), shower room (1 basin, walk-in shower, hairdryer, towel dryer, wc).
1st floor with sloping ceilings: landing-mezzanine bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), bedroom accessible via the mezzanine bedroom (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), separate wc.
Full electric heating, private unenclosed terrace (20m²) and private unenclosed garden (200m²), garden furniture, barbecue.
Linen hire: €10 per bed and towels: €5 per person, end-of-stay cleaning charge: €50. Storage space for bikes and motorcycles available. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage.
