First floor: cellar (bike/motorcycle room, washing machine), private, unenclosed grounds (1300m²). 1st floor: private, unenclosed terrace (14m²) (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs), kitchen (dishwasher) - living room (TV, sofa, armchairs, internet access-wifi), separate wc. 2nd floor: one bedroom (2 x 90cm beds) and one bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) and shower room (1 basin, shower, wc, hairdryer). Private parking. Full electric heating included. Optional cleaning service (€60). Sheets, tea towels and bathroom linen included.
