Possibility of adding two extra beds for Kids. Private enclosed terrace (22m²) accessible on one level from the living room and private unenclosed garden (70m²): garden furniture, barbecue, private parking, private unenclosed courtyard (200m²) with petanque court - Private Spa 4 places + deckchairs, usable from May 1st to November 1st. Bed linen and towels provided, electricity and heating included. End-of-stay cleaning package (60€). Tourist tax.
