Ground floor: kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (TV, wood-burning stove, sofa, internet/wifi access via airbox), separate WC, 1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190), gaming room (sofa BZ 140), shower room with WC (washing machine).
Full electric heat pump heating (extra charge), unfenced grounds/terrace (150m²), garden furniture, barbecue, secure swimming pool (10x4, depth: 1.50), salt-treated and heated (depending on season) open from 01/06 to 30/09 (shared with the owner and another gite) and secured with gate and shutter, shared play area for Kids (swing, trampoline and wooden cabin with slide), parking.
