The Hameau Promontoire de Sajac, located in southern Aveyron at the end of the asphalt road, is an old, self-sufficient, mixed-crop farm (in operation until 1980) that has been gradually renovated by the farmer's daughter and her husband, trying to respect as far as possible the layout and architecture of the various buildings: houses, stables, barns, bread ovens, chestnut dryers, furnaces .... From Sajac's promontory in the Parc Naturel Régional des Grands Causses, you can overlook the Tarn valley, with a panorama of meadows and wooded hills. Visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Albi and the Causses and Cévennes. The private, unenclosed 25 m2 terrace at the entrance to the Holiday cottage, near the entrances to the playground and gaming room, offers an open space overlooking the landscape and the hamlet: a very pleasant place! Brousse le Château, 7km away, is listed as one of France's "most beautiful villages". In the evening and at night, enjoy the cool breeze rising from the river Le Tarn below (distance 800 m, difference in altitude 300 m), which has been developed for fishing activities; the finish of the longest canoeing course on the Tarn is almost directly above the hamlet. Well-maintained footpaths around the hamlet offer pleasant walks in the countryside and woods of downy oaks, chestnuts and conifers, linking the surrounding hamlets.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's holiday home (present during rental period), on 2 levels, 3 other holiday cottages ( 14 , 6 and 2 sleeps ) , in the hamlet.
Ground floor: kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine), living room (sofa, TV), 1 bedroom (10m2) (1 bed 140x190), shower room, with toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (3 beds 90) - Electric heating (electricity extra: see accommodation details) - Private terrace (25m²), garden furniture, barbecue. Bed linen and towels not provided.


SHARED: heated Piscine (5x10 m, 1.20 m deep) at the owner's, water treatment: water sterilized by UV tube and treated with remanent oxygen, usable only from July 04 to August 29, 2026, shared by 4 Holiday cottages and the owner, access times: 6 days a week from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.; gaming room (80m²); panoramic terrace ( 70 m² ); internet/wifi access (on the 25 m² gîte terrace and in the dining/living room ); table tennis; enclosed playground (600 m²); pétanque court; swing golf initiation course.
