Bonjour,
Comme vous le savez, nous ne sommes pas sur place et confions l'entretien à Marie-Rose.
Nous allons à nouveau voir avec elle comment cela se fait que l'entretien ne soit pas à la hauteur et remédier à cela afin que toutes les conditions soient réunies pour passer un excellent séjour. -

BEN Good views and quiet and excellent value for money
The property has great views across the valley and if the river Lot. The added bonus of the pool and hot tub were a great addition for relaxing with plenty of seating and loungers. It was a surprise that everything we needed was at the gite including tea towels, waste bags, dishwasher tablets and the like, we had brought our own so they will be plenty left for next occupants (including some liquid for the washing machine we only used half of). We also took our dog who was happy wandering around the grounds but just be mindful it is not secure. Be prepared to travel if you need to go anywhere as the nearest shop is 15 minutes away. We also used the supermarket in Aurillac, which also has a retail area. The only negatives were the wifi repeater would not work in the 2nd building, not a major issue but you can imagine with a teenage daughter, a couple of the bulbs went and the grassed areas would benefit from a slight trim/tidy but none of these were deal breakers or warranted contacting anyone over as they are minor things. The only other issue we had which was probably more weather related was the drive is very loose gravel and after a very heavy rain storm our car struggled up the drive even with 4 wheel drive. Also lovely drives a long the river which takes you to so e local towns and villages with interesting history.
All in all a very pleasant building with some very good amenities for the price.- Cleanliness
