Self-contained Holiday cottage in a converted barn, close to the owner's house. Located in a hamlet (3 houses), in a wooded area in the Countryside. All levels are accessible from the outside.
First floor: laundry room (washing machine), gaming room (table tennis).
1st floor: kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (BZ 140 sofa, fireplace, TV), shower room (basin, shower and toilet).
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (3 beds 90 including 2 Bunk beds), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), shower room (basin, shower and wc).
Central heating + hot water (Gas per m3 on incoming/outgoing meter reading: 6.3€/m3).
Terrace (28m²) and unfenced grounds (135m²), garden furniture, barbecue, bed linen rental. Private parking. Bed linen provided for 90 x 200cm beds. Bathroom linen not provided.
Wood option: 60€ / stere - Tourist tax.
