Unenclosed private grounds of 400 m² (garden furniture, plancha/grill, deckchairs) with exceptional views over a 3-hectare estate. Piscine shared with the owner, heated, 8x4 m, maximum depth 2.2 m, open from June to September. Bed linen 180 included in the price. Optional: sheets for convertible sofas (10€/bed). Towel hire (5€/person), end-of-stay cleaning package (50€). Heating extra 5€/night. Pets allowed. Private parking. Housekeeping and linen rental compulsory for corporate clients.
