1st floor: landing (sofa bed 120), 1 attic bedroom 12 m2 (2 beds 90x190), 1 attic bedroom 6 m2 (2 beds 90x190), 1 attic shower room, 1 independent attic WC.
(washing machine and tumble dryer), central heating (€15/night) to be invoiced from November 15 to April 15, private enclosed grounds (110m²) and terrace (32m²), parking, garden furniture, barbecue. Arthur Très bon séjour en Aveyron
Nous étions deux familles avec deux enfants chacune. Le gîte était très adapté, les espaces grands, les extérieurs agréables et propres. Chaque espace est bien équipé. Eric est un hôte très agréable et arrangeant. L'endroit est calme et à environ 10/15 min (de voiture) de plusieurs villes/villages.

Maison très confortable pour nos 4 couples ,spacieuse, bien agencée, et très calme .Idéale pour la randonnée et le dépaysement. Découverte de l' Aubrac en hiver, l'été doit être rafraîchissant être verdoyant, nous y reviendrons très certainement. Merci à vous Mr Batut pour votre gentillesse et votre attention à notre arrivée.
