The gîte's flower-filled, wooded garden overlooks the meandering Lot, a restful setting ... Take a trip aboard the "Olt" boat (gourmet meals available), and don't forget to discover some remarkable sites: Gironde, Saint Santin (double village), saint Parthem ... Numerous hiking trails, in particular the Camino de Santiago. Swimming pool, waterslide at the campsite, horse-riding, tennis nearby... And "Sons et Lumière" show in Flagnac in late July, early August.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's home (separate entrance), in a traditional 3-storey house in a hamlet.
First floor: Bedroom 1 (wardrobe, table, chair, armchair. On request, Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub) with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, Bathroom (Washbasin, shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer).
1st floor: Living room/kitchenette (Sofa, TV, fireplace/insert, Internet access/wifi - Dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, built-in oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, electric kettle, pressure cooker, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, microwave, pod coffee maker).

2nd floor: Mezzanine bed overlooking living room (14m² on floor and 4.5m² above 1m80 high) 140cm sofa-bed.
Outside: Unenclosed private garden (1000m²), garden furniture, barbecue,
Services: full electric heating, tourist tax. Bed linen and towels provided. Optional cleaning: €50, Optional wood: €50 per stere (1st load free) - Access to Holiday cottage on 1st floor via a few steps. Electric hook-up for vehicles less than 500m away (Intermarché).
