= 2nd floor: A master suite with 1 mauve bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a relaxation area with 2 90x190 beds (possibility of adding 2 more beds).
= Outside: a 15m2 terrace with Spa, not overlooked By its outside staircase you descend to the 45m2 enclosed entrance terrace for the supervision of young Kids or your pet, it has garden furniture, two parasols and four deckchairs.
This large, unoverlooked terrace offers a breathtaking view of the wooded hills of the Aveyron gorges.
The 350m2 garden features a charcoal barbecue, a 6.50 m x 3.50 m secure heated swimming pool and an aquabike.
