The main house comprises a first floor + 2 upper floors. Ground floor: living/dining room (fireplace, TV, internet access/wifi, speaker), adjoining fitted kitchen under a beautiful stone vault (dishwasher). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200cm) and private bathroom and toilet, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Another toilet and bathroom with access to the Piscine. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with beds 160 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm. 1 bathroom with toilet. The adjoining house comprises a ground floor + 1 upper floor. Ground floor: large living/dining room (fireplace). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180X200 cm with en-suite bathroom, wc and dressing room. Full electric heating. Outside: 1 large unfenced park of 2 ha with a magnificent heated mirror swimming pool (14m x 4m, depth 1.5m) open from 01/05 to 30/09 with wooden beach (100m²), safety curtain, the area around the pool is enclosed with wooden slats, 5 deckchairs, parasols, 1 pétanque court, 1 barbecue, garden furniture, 2 terraces (40m² each), one paved terrace in front of the poolside dining room and the other private wooden terrace in front of the Piscine, 1 private car park/covered carport.
