Renovated stone farmhouse, independent on 3 levels, close to another Holiday cottage (réf. H12G030870) - 1500 m² private enclosed grounds with parking. Unique panoramic view over the Countryside, the surrounding countryside and the medieval village of Ceyrac. You can even see the Aubrac plateau in the background! Marie-Christine and Nicolas will be delighted to welcome you, show you around the region and, if you wish, show you around the farm (La ferme de Marius 12) and its local produce. Come and stay with family or friends in this Holiday cottage with its spacious, cosy interior!

Independent Holiday cottage with, on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen (classic coffee maker and Senséo), a dining room, a spacious air-conditioned living room in the barn, a toilet, an office/games room with TV and table soccer, wood/pellet stove and central heating, wifi.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 140cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, shower room and separate WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 140cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, air-conditioned, separate WC, shower room.
Basement with laundry area (washing machine, additional fridge).
Outside, private grounds and parking, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, petanque area. Pets allowed.

On-site welcome by the owners and small welcome gift. Possibility of arranging a drive to Intermarché 12340 Bozouls, groceries will be collected and put away before your arrival (fridge and freezer). Household linen, household products and basic necessities (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee filters) are provided free of charge.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for €10/stay/bed and €6/stay/person.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant at the end of the stay or left to be done upon payment of a fixed charge of 100€.
