Detached Holiday cottage on 2 levels, in a group of buildings dating from 1717, close to the owners' house. Located on a farm in the Countryside.
Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher)/living room (sofa, fireplace), pantry (fridge/freezer), living room (Wifi, sofas, TV),
Bedroom 1 with shower room and WC (1 bed 90x190, 1 bed 140x190), Bedroom 2 with shower room and WC (1 bed 90x140, 1 bed 140x190), Bedroom 3 with shower room and WC (1 bed 140x190), shower room (2 showers), 2 separate WCs, laundry room (washing machine and WC).
1st floor: Bedroom 4 (4 beds 90x190), Bedroom 5 (1 bed 90x190, 1 bed 140x190), gaming room (billiards).
Electric heating - 2 terraces (12 and 120m²), private enclosed grounds (2000m²), parking, garden furniture, barbecue, ping-pong, badminton, pétanque court. High chairs and baby bed available. Honey for sale on site, depending on season, please ask the owner. Supplement per animal/stay: €20. Sheets and towels for hire: €12 per pair of 140 sheets, €6 for towels. End-of-stay cleaning option: 130€ (2 to 3 nights), 150€ (4 to 5 nights) and 180€ (from 6 nights). PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO CLEANING PACKAGE IN JULY AND AUGUST. Heating, electricity and wood included in the price. For pellet stoves: 1st bag of pellets free, then €6 per additional bag.

dominique un vrai bonheur pour un gîte en famille
du vendredi midi au dimanche midi , on est resté sur place car on y était bien .On a pu se détendre au calme et au milieu de la verdure , jouer à la pétanque au pingpong ,au badmington et au billard. Chambres , salle sde bain : super , sallE à manger et cuisine bien équipées. Accueil du propriétaire : sympatique et discret. Si on a une autre occasion de départ en famille , on reviendra là!

Nous étions un groupe d'amis de 11 adultes et un chien. tout le monde a été enchanté par la beauté des paysages, la tranquillité du gîte et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Le gîte est spacieux et très bien équipé . merci

Pauline Parfaite!
Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Jean Claude et Dominique. Le gite est isolé (aucun vis à vis), au calme, avec une super vue. Il est particulièrement bien équipé, que ce soit au niveau de la cuisine / salle à manger que pour les loisirs : terrain et boules de pétanque, filet de badminton et raquettes, table de ping pong, mini billard et billard classique, terrasse .. il y a même des draps prévus pour s'installer au jardin par terre. Les propriétaires habitent à côté, ils se sont montrés présents en cas de besoin tout en étant discrets.
