Ground floor: - Kitchen (fridge-freezer, gas stove (4 burners) with oven, wood-burning stove, microwave, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker and kettle, pressure cooker, dishwasher, private washing machine, - Living room (TV (fireplace insert, sofa bed, TV.) - Shower room (shower, washbasin, WC, towel rail) 1st floor: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm) - 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin, hairdryer) - 1 separate WC Outside: - courtyard and enclosed grounds (500m²), - garden furniture, barbecue, swing, sandpit - garage , Possibility of recharging an electric car with a suitable socket / extra charge on consumption statement (only possible during the summer!). Slow charging socket (3 Kw) for electric vehicles (invoiced according to meter reading).
