Gîte adjoining the owners' home, on 2 levels, in a hamlet near an organic farm (Aubrac cattle), in the countryside. 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning (4 x 160cm beds, 1 x 90cm bed, 2 x 160cm sofa beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (sofas, TV, internet access/wifi), laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), underfloor central heating, private, unenclosed terrace (20m²), private, unenclosed grounds (400m²), swimming pool (10x4x1.5) shared with owners, open all year round, heated from June 1 to September 30, garden furniture, plancha, private parking, electric recharging point, tourist tax. High chair and cot available on request. Price includes: electricity, heating, bed linen, table linen and towels provided / beds made up on arrival. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €150 (mandatory for corporate clients). There are no special facilities for guests with any of the following 4 disabilities: Mental, Motor, Visual or Auditory.
