This house, on the edge of a hamlet, has been transformed into a bright and colorful contemporary gîte. The living room opens onto a well-exposed terrace, and a large garden is at your disposal. The town of Rodez, just 20 minutes away, offers a wide range of shops and services, as well as a visit to the Soulages museum.

Self-contained Holiday cottage in a traditional 2-storey house in a hamlet, close to the owners' holiday home (occasionally occupied), in the Countryside.
Ground floor: kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer) / living room (sofa, TV, internet access/wifi), separate WC.
1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x200, 1 sofa bed BZ 140), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200, 1 sofa bed BZ 140), attic shower room with WC.
Full electric heating/air conditioning included, private paved terrace (30m²) and private enclosed grounds (500m²), garden furniture, barbecue. Garden shed (bike storage possible). Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. Sheets and towels for hire. Possibility of 2 extra beds (2 convertible 140cm sofas). Tourist tax. Village festival 2nd weekend in July. 1 Pets allowed with deposit (100€). High chair and baby bed available on request.
