Level -1: 1 bedroom (2 beds 80, can be twinned to make 1 bed 160), bathroom (1 basin, bath and wc), heating (pellet boiler and electric booster), private enclosed grounds (60m²), garden furniture, plancha, private parking, shared laundry room (private washing machine), unheated swimming pool (12.5x5, depth 1.5m) to be shared with the Bed and Breakfast and the owner, open from May 1 to September 30, shared spa accessible all year round.
