Garden level: garage (possibility of parking one car), unfenced private grounds (garden furniture, barbecue). 1st floor: kitchen-living room: (2 induction hobs, fridge-freezer, mini-oven-grill, traditional/coffee pod maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, sofa, TV). 2nd floor: bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room (shower, hairdryer, toilet). Private parking. Electric heating. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning (€40), bed linen rental €12 per bed, towels €5 per person.
