Between Aubrac and the Lot valley, this character house opens onto the hills bordering the Lot, in the heart of a Natura 2000 zone. The terrace - sheltered by the beautiful lauze roof of the old barn - is a pleasant place to relax. In autumn and during the bellowing season, you can listen to and even spot the stags. Inside, you'll appreciate the quality equipment and modern comforts, as well as the charm of the antique furniture, stone walls and whitewashed walls.

Characteristic Holiday cottage in a hamlet on 3 levels.
- It has WCs on all floors and 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90 bunk beds, with the possibility -on request- of an additional bed 1 place for Kids.
- On the first floor, an entrance hall with WC and large cupboard opens onto a living-dining room (large antique table, leather sofas, TV, radio/CD, internet access/wifi, large fireplace with wood in supplement). Adjacent is a well-equipped modern kitchen (induction hob (4 burners), self-cleaning oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pressure cooker, mixer, toaster, kettle). The kitchen and living room communicate with the large terrace (52m²), which enjoys an exceptional view. It is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha (deckchairs not included, available in the cellar).
- On the second floor, a shower room adjoins the first bedroom (bed 160). This level also includes a separate toilet and a relaxation area (TV, DVD player) that gives access to a private, enclosed balcony (10m²) overlooking - like the terrace - the Natura 2000 area.
- On the second floor, under the rafters, you'll find the other two bedrooms (1 bed 140 in one and 2 beds 90 in the other) (one with a protective barrier for Kids) and a bathroom, with bath and WC.
Full electric heating / Geothermal heating air-conditioning (extra charge on meter reading), garage (washing machine and tumble dryer), private parking.
