Gîte adjoining 2 other rentals (ref H12G014617 and H12G005494), independent entrances, set on the raised first floor of a traditional house, on 2 levels, in a hamlet, on the edge of Lake Cabanac. 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds), shower room, laundry room (washing machine, dishwasher), kitchen/living area (sofa, TV, internet/wifi access), underfloor heating/oil central heating included, private enclosed terrace (18m²), private unenclosed courtyard (80m²), private parking/garage (6m deep), garden furniture, barbecue. Sheets and towels not provided. Tourist tax. End-of-stay cleaning (€50) mandatory for corporate clients.
