1st floor: kitchen/living room (23m2) (dishwasher) (sofa, wifi, TV), 1 attic bedroom of 11 m2 (1 bed 140), 1 attic bedroom of 12 m2 with adjoining room of 14 m2 (2 beds 90), shower room (washing machine),1 separate WC. landing/office of 9 m2.
Heating included, private terrace (18m²) and private unfenced garden (300m²), private parking, garden furniture, barbecue. Bed linen (Beds made on arrival) and towels for hire, tourist tax. Corporate clients limited to 3 people maximum! Bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory (and compulsory every 15 days for long stays!).
