1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, TV, sitting area with fridge, kettle and armchairs), shower room (shower, WC, hairdryer, towel dryer).
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, TV, sitting area with fridge, kettle and armchairs), shower room (shower, WC, hairdryer, towel dryer).
Air conditioning (reversible heat pump) throughout the house.
In front of the house, wooden doorway (garden furniture). At 20m, enclosed plot shared with owners (80m²) with garden furniture and splendid view. Free communal parking 50 m away (possibility of access to the Holiday cottage by car for luggage drop-off).
Included in rental price: bed linen, towels and household linen. Optional: cleaning 60€/stay. All amenities on site.
