Detached Holiday cottage on 3 levels, next to the owners' farm (market garden), in the Countryside.
1st floor: kitchenette (dishwasher)/living room (sofas, TV), separate WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom 1 with air-conditioning (1 bed 140x190), Bedroom 2 with air-conditioning
and 1 sofa bed 120, shower room, separate WC, Bedroom 3 with air-conditioning (2 Bunk beds 90x190), landing/storage (washing machine).
3rd floor: Bedroom 4 with air-conditioning (1 bed 140), attic shower room, Bedroom 5 with air-conditioning (2 beds 90x190).
Aerothermal heating and air-conditioning, private, unfenced grounds (1000m²), private terrace (20m²) with ground-level access to living room, garden furniture, barbecue, private parking. High chair and baby bed available on request. Electricity billed on arrival/departure meter reading (10 kWh free per day). Bed linen optional (€10/bed), towels not provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional (90€). Bed linen rental and cleaning package compulsory for corporate clients - There are no special facilities for guests with one of the 4 following disabilities: Mental, Motor, Visual or Auditory.
