Detached Holiday cottage on 2 levels, close to the owners' house, on the edge of a railroad line (5 trains a day), in the Countryside.
First floor: Living room opening onto kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo pod coffee maker + traditional coffee maker, oven, TV, pellet stove), bedroom 1 (1 x 160cm bed, private shower room and separate toilet), laundry room (washing machine).
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (2 90cm beds that can be twinned to form 1 180cm bed, TV), bedroom 3 (1 140cm bed and private shower room and toilet), shower room (shower, toilet), landing (2 80cm sofa beds).
Outside: private terrace (50m²) and private, unfenced garden (400m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court, swing, private parking.
