New Holiday cottage, sleeps 1 to 4, located in the village of Montbazens. You'll stay in this quiet, spacious and bright apartment, on the ground floor of a traditional house with stone walls (including a year-round rental on the 1st floor with a separate entrance on the side). You'll be welcomed by a separate terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, before entering a large, fully-equipped living room (kitchen/lounge/dining room). Upstairs, you'll discover a "sleeping area" with bathroom/WC. And also, a "laundry area" with a sink with ice, MAL, iron ... Free baby equipment available on request. Free parking around the Holiday cottage. It is open all year round (minimum 2 nights except in summer) with City gas heating, it will give you all the conveniences of a Communauté de Communes. Shops: bakery, butcher's, hairdresser, tobacconist/press ... Services: Pharmacy, post office, media library, town hall... Also: municipal Piscine 5 minutes' walk away (summer), City stadium, Library, Wednesday morning Market... There are plenty of activities and visits to be enjoyed in the surrounding area: - L'étang du Roudillou "open all year" 12 km away: Fishing (2nd category), swimming, walks and picnics ... - The Vaysse Forest and Puy de Wolf, 10 km away, with its many walks ... But also the best-known : Peyrusse-le-Roc, Château de Bournazel, Vallon de Marcillac, Conques and its treasure, Villefranche de Rouergue, Rodez and its Soulages Museum...
