Holiday cottage on 2 levels, located in an agricultural hamlet (ewes), not far from the owners' campsite, with direct access to the Dourbie river. First floor = Cellar (bike/motorcycle shelter). 1st floor = Kitchen area: 4 hobs (3 gas and 1 electric), dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, electric and traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, living room (Internet access via fiber / Wifi, sofa, open fireplace), separate toilet, shower/bathroom (shower, bath, hairdryer), laundry room (washing machine). 2nd floor = Bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), lounge/games room (TV, sofa, board games), a 3rd extra room (2 single beds (90cm) and 1 children's bed). Private enclosed 25m² terrace (garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers) - Private parking - Oil-fired heating and Wood heating (10€/night, mandatory from 01/10 to 15/04). Optional cleaning (50€), linen hire (20€/person) and sheets (25€/bed). Housekeeping and linen rental compulsory for corporate customers - Tourist tax.
